Staithes Cottages have a varied selection of different sized properties available - sleeping 2 up to 12 guests.

Balmoral is a stunning Georgian Sea Captain’s house dating back to 1735, boasting many original features it can sleep 10 in the main house and a further 2 can be accommodated in the adjacent apartment and has wi-fi access.

Seacrest has recently been refurnished and is moments from the beach, with 4 bedrooms, 2 with en suite and a separate house bathroom. There is wi-fi access.

Captain Cook’s Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has been recently decorated and furnished.

Ruby House benefits from a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en suite and a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom and has wi-fi access.

North Lea, a former Fisherman’s Cottage is spread over 3 floors and dates back over 200 years and is full of character and charm.

Old Watch House is located on the sea wall, boasting great views across the bay and out to sea. This property consists of a large kitchen/dining area, lounge and 3 bedrooms.

Shangri La is a former Fisherman’s Cottage with sea views from all windows and moments from the beach. This cottage comprises of a kitchen, lounge/dining area and 3 bedrooms. There is parking for 1 car.

Coble Cottage can sleep 6 guests, it is a ground floor apartment suitable for anyone with mobility issues as most doors have 750mm opening.

The Garth has 3 bedrooms and benefits from a good outside space, parking for 1 car and has wi-fi access.

Waverley House comprise of an open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge area, 3 bedrooms one with en suite and bathroom.

Confidence Cottage has recently been modernised and is in the heart of Staithes, it can sleep up to 5 guests in its 2 bedrooms.

Sunny Dene is a quaint cottage bursting with character and charm, comprising of a kitchen, lounge/dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The Kessen Bowl is a first floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, dining kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is wi-fi access.

Dolphin Cottage boasts sea views from all windows and consists of a lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Glaisdale is a three storey Grade II listed property which can sleep 3 guests in its double and single bedrooms.

The Old Cottage is a cosy three storey cottage which sleeps 2 guests and dates back to the 1800’s.

Balmoral Apartment forms part of the Georgian Sea Captain’s property the Balmoral, it can be rented out as a 1 bedroom apartment or with the main house.
